Substrate
- Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly by removing loose cement mortar, dust, and debris. Use a high-pressure water jet and vacuum cleaner to ensure the surface is prepared for application. Perform seepage proofing using ZycoSil+ and ZycoPrime+ as per the guidelines.
- Repair Work: For damaged or spalled concrete, prepare a mortar mix using the following ratio: 1 kg cement, 1.5 kg fine sand, 0.25 kg Elastobar, and 0.4-0.5 litre of water. Apply and cure the mixture for 2-3 days.
Membrane Top Coat
- Mixing: Mix 1 part Elastobar, 1 part fine sand, and 1 part cement. Stir to achieve a uniform paste and add up to 50 ml of water for brushable consistency.
- First Coat: Apply the mixture using a brush or roller. Allow the first coat to dry for 6-8 hours.
- Second Coat: Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first coat and Allow it to dry. Cure the treated surface for 2-3 days to achieve effective waterproofing.
Coverage
Membrane Coating with Cement: Approximately 18-20 sq. ft. for two coats.

- Available Packaging: 1 kg, 5 kg, and 20 kg containers.
- Storage Instructions: Store between +5°C and +45°C in a cool, shaded area.
- Shelf Life: Up to 2 years when stored as per guidelines.
