ElastoMax PU is a high performance elastomeric roof coating designed to be used along with Zycosil Max. It is highly UV durable and has a service life of up to 15 years. It features the ability to bridge cracks up to 2.5 mm. In combination with Zycosil Max, ElastoMax PU provides a waterproofing system that is a combination of a penetrative barrier with a seamless topcoat resulting in superior performance.

Application Guidelines
Applications
Generally recommended for Horizontal surfaces requiring waterproofing e.g. Roof / Terrace, Brick Bat, Coba, Concrete Screed, etc.
Roof Waterproofing
Effective for roof coatings, protecting against harsh UV rays and rain.
Seamless Barrier with Zycosil Max
When used in combination with Zycosil Max, ElastoStretch ensures a complete waterproofing solution with both deep penetration and a protective topcoat.
Substrate
- Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove any loose particles or contaminants.
- Priming Coat: Apply Zycosil Max as a priming coat (diluted in a 1:45 ratio with water) until full saturation is achieved. Allow the surface to dry for 8-12 hours.
Note: Coverage may vary based on the surface profile and porosity.
Membrane Top Coat
- First Coat of ElastoMax: Stir the ElastoMax properly until it reaches a flowable consistency. Apply the first coat undiluted using a flat brush or roller. Let it dry for at least 24 hours.
- Second Coat: Apply the second coat of ElastoMax undiluted using a flat brush or roller and let it dry completely.

- Storage Instructions: Store between +5°C and +45°C in a cool, shaded area.
