The Perfect Application Process for Perfect Homes

1. Clean the substrate till it is sound, solid, dry and free of dust and grease

2. In case of putty surface during fresh painting, sand down if necessary to ensure smooth surface

3. In case of re-painting, check adhesion of old paint using cross hatch method. If found non adherent, it must be removed completely, and the surface must be re-prepared. In case of adherent surfaces, sand down existing paint surface to roughen and clean to ensure it is free of debris

4. Repair all defects using interior crack filling and levelling compound

5. Prime the surface with PrimoSil Interior

Application Method

Apply two coats using a brush or roller, diluted with water up to 30%. Ensure dilution does not exceed 30% to preserve the paint’s properties.
For uneven surfaces, a third coat may be required to ensure a uniform finish.
Allow a minimum of 4 hours between coats to maintain proper adhesion and finish quality

Consumption & Coverage

Coverage: Approximately 7.5 m2 / ltr (80 sq.ft. / ltr) for 2 coats.
Note: Consumption may vary based on surface conditions.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean all equipment immediately with water after use

Packaging & Storage

Available in 1 ltr, 4 ltr, and 20 ltr packaging.
Store in a cool, shaded area with a shelf life of approximately 48 months.
Ensure unused paint is stored in airtight containers to minimize air exposure.
