ElastoStretch is suitable for roofs and terraces where surface flexibility and long-term durability are needed:
Roof Waterproofing
Effective for roof coatings, protecting against harsh UV rays and rain.
Seamless Barrier with Zycosil+
When used in combination with Zycosil+, ElastoStretch ensures a complete waterproofing solution with both deep penetration and a protective topcoat.
Substrate
- Surface Preparation: Ensure that the surface is cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particles and contaminants.
- Priming Coat: Apply a priming coat using Zycosil+ solution, diluted at a ratio of 1:20:2 with ZycoPrime+ and water. Apply till full saturation, and leave to dry for 8-12 hours.
Note: Coverage will vary depending on the porosity and profile of the substrate.
Membrane Top Coat
- First Coat of ElastoStretch: Stir the ElastoStretch properly until it reaches a flowable consistency. Apply the first coat undiluted using a flat brush or roller. Let it dry for at least 24 hours.
- Second Coat: Apply the second coat undiluted using a flat brush or roller and let it dry completely.
Note: Coverage will vary depending on the porosity and profile of the substrate.

Packaging & Storage
- Available Packaging:1 litre, 4 litres, and 20 litres.
- Storage Instructions: Store between +5°C and +45°C in a cool, shaded area.
