Application Method
Surface Preparation
- Clean Thoroughly: Ensure the surface is completely clean, removing dust, loose particles, oil, and grease. Let the surface dry completely.
- Open Up Cracks: Use a cutter to open cracks into a V-shaped groove. This ensures proper filling and strong adhesion.
- Waterproof the Crack Internally: Flood the cracks with a solution of 1-part Zycosil+, 2 parts ZycoPrime+, and 20 parts water. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hours.
Application
- Apply Seal-It: Using a spatula, apply Seal-It into the cracks (up to 5 mm wide) and push it as deep as possible.
- Post-Application: Allow the Seal-It filled cracks to dry completely. Apply waterproofing membrane as per requirement.
Packaging & Storage
- Available Packaging: 600 gm, 1.2 kg containers.
- Storage Instructions: Store between +5°C and +45°C in a cool, shaded area.
- Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored in original, tightly closed containers.
