Zycosil Max

New Generation Organosilane Reactive Waterproofing Technology

PENETRATIVE | REACTIVE | PERMANENT

Zycosil Max represents the pinnacle of next-generation waterproofing solutions, providing an advanced organosilane-based reactive treatment that penetrates up to 4 mm into substrates, making it a part of the structure itself. Unlike traditional waterproofing, which acts as an external barrier, Zycosil Max changes the chemistry of the substrate, turning hydrophilic surfaces hydrophobic to prevent water ingress while ensuring breathability. The result is a highly durable, UV-resistant solution that minimizes the aging process of the treated surface.

Surface and Solution Preparation

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean and dry, free from loose particles.
  • Solution Preparation: Dilute Zycosil Max with potable water at a 1:45 ratio. Conduct a quality check to ensure proper dissolution. Apply the solution to the surface using a brush or roller.
Application Method

Application

  • Horizontal Surface: Brush or roll ZycoSil Max solution in the recommended dilution ratio on the area to be treated till saturation, to ensure up to 4 mm penetration into the substrate. ZycoBond Max solution should be applied on the Zycosil Max treated surface wet-on-wet.
  • Cracks & Honeycombs: Mix ZycoBond Max 1 litre into above prepared ZycoSil Max solution (1:45) and apply till saturation.
  • Drying: Complete drying is necessary to finalize the chemical reaction. To confirm effective waterproofing, splash water on the treated surface. If the water beads up for at least 10-15 minutes, the treatment is successful.
Packaging & Storage

Packaging & Storage

  • Available Packaging: 1 litre & 5 litre containers.
  • Storage Instructions: Store between +5 °C and +45 °C in a cool, shaded area.
  • Shelf Life: Up to 4 years when stored as per guidelines.
Why Choose Matt Emulsion?

Why Choose Zycosil Max?

  • Penetrative, Reactive, and Permanent: Unlike conventional coatings, Zycosil Max bonds deeply with substrates, sealing nanopores and microcracks permanently, enhancing long-term durability.
  • Deep Penetration: Penetrates up to 4 mm, ensuring effective waterproofing even when new microcracks form due to weathering and thermal shifts.
  • UV Resistant & Breathable: Non-leachable and UV-resistant formulation that keeps water out while allowing moisture vapors to escape, preventing issues like paint peel-off and reducing the formation of new microcracks.
  • Safe & Easy Application: Water-dilutable, easy to apply with a brush or roller, and effective for a wide range of cementitious surfaces.
